I am Sonya, licensed CBH Therapist.

The main concept of CBTis that our thoughts, feelings and behaviours are interconnected, interrelated. Sometimes people get trapped in a vicious cycle of negative thoughts and feelings. Here is where CBT comes in, it helps to deal with the inner turmoil and start acting more positively.

Hypnosis is also used to help with Anxiety, Pain Management, Habits, Sleeping problems.

Hypnosis is just as safe as doing simple meditation or relaxation. When we are using it, it will be exactly like talking to me with your eyes closed.

There are three basic facts about hypnosis which I want you to understand:

First, I am not going to put you to sleep, Hypnosis is Not a state of being asleep or unconscious. About 90% of the people report being aware of everything that happens. You will be able to move and go out of Hypnosis anytime you want to.

Second, you will remain in control all the time as Hypnosis is Not a state of mind control. You cannot be made to do anything against you will. You will never be asked to do something silly or embarrassing. Everything we do will be done with one aim- to support you to achieve whatever you desire by using the power of your mind.

Third, you don’t need to tell me anything that you don’t want to share. Nevertheless, our sessions are strictly confidential.
