About your GoTo Expert
Pilates is an amazingly effective low impact mat based system of exercise which is performed and executed with precision & control to develop full body condition, strength & mobility. Particular emphasis given to strengthening core muscles which enable us to improve our posture, balance and general well being, improving our body awareness which allows for better functional ability in our daily lives.
Open to all levels, options will be given for each exercise to enable beginners to intermediate to develop and progress their Pilates practice.
