I started my career in childcare as a French au pair many moons ago, I became an occupational therapist, working in neuro rehab and paediatrics, then after an illness I went back to my first love of childcare and became an Ofsted registered nanny. When I got better I never went back, instead I branched out and trained with the National childbirth trust (NCT) to run antenatal classes, baby massage, yoga for pregnancy and mother and baby yoga.

As I have gone through my career and my had own experiences as a Mother, I have developed a love not only for working with babies and children but also a family centred, holistic, approach focussing on mental wellbeing. Starting with the Mother and baby dyad or main caregiver and child and then involving Fathers/partners/ extended families. It takes a village to raise a child and none of us live in isolation.

I am passionate about supporting and helping parents build those villages by providing classes not only got the benefit of the baby, but for connection, or being part of your village and helping with childcare.
