We are excited to open the doors to the first, and only family wellbeing centre in Northamptonshire – Soo Yoga. Our centre will be offering all styles of yoga and wellbeing classes for all ages and abilities.

Our story started with Kristina’s passion for Yoga. She has been a yoga devotee for nearly 20 years and credits her regular yoga exercises during her professional and TV dance career which kept her away from injuries and provided mental focus. Kristina finished her 8-year career on “Strictly Come Dancing” and had our little girl Milena. She was desperate to get back in shape after giving birth and knew that yoga would be the best exercise to rebuild her strength and ability to come back to dancing.

We have 7 beautiful studios including the first professionally equipped Hot Yoga studio in Northampton; Dance, Cycling, and HIIT studios; and a Meditation room. There will also be Creche facilities available and a health cafe – Soo Greens.

Soo Yoga is a unique class-based fitness centre in Northampton. Adopting a holistic approach to our member’s wellbeing we offer an extensive range of classes including all styles of yoga, reformer Pilates, dance, cycling, spin, HIIT, and meditation. Delivered in state-of-the-art, professionally equipped studios our classes are instructor-led and suitable for all ages and abilities. With classes starting from 7 am and exclusive access to our onsite creche facility, Soo Greens café, and free parking, we pride ourselves in supporting and enabling our members to prioritise their physical and mental health.

Creche: 7 days a week | 9:30 – 13:30
Strict pre-booking policy. 24 hours in advance by members and
48 hours by non-members
Age 3mths – 11 years
