Think you know Milton Keynes? Then visit Milton Keynes Museum and think again!
Milton Keynes Museum, situated just outside Wolverton is THE Museum dedicated to the history of Milton Keynes and the people who live here. We tell the story of MK before the city was planned and developed through interactive and hands-on exhibits, fun for all the family!
Go back in time to walk down a Victorian street of shops, then meet modern Milton Keynes’ famous icons – the concrete cows.
Unlike many other museums, we have loads of open green space for the kids to run around in, including an outdoor play area. Don’t miss our legendary homemade cakes or light lunches in our tea room.
Open Wednesday – Sundays in the summer and Fridays – Sundays in the winter, check our website to find out what’s going on: https://miltonkeynesmuseum.org.uk
Pay once and visit for free all year, family tickets available and under 5s go free.
Milton Keynes Museum is an independent charity. Unlike many free museums, we don’t receive regular funding from the government so we have to generate our own income. By purchasing your ticket you are helping to keep the museum open for future generations to enjoy. Thank you for your support.
