About your GoTo Expert
Before becoming self employed, I worked for 17 years in the Corporate world, holding positions from Office Manager and Executive EA to HR Administrator.
I lost count of the number of times I was told that I was a “safe pair of hands” who just got stuff done.
My experience has seen me manage teams, arrange office moves, purchase and install IT equipment, rewrite processes, process expenses, organise events, liaise with management and so much more, so there really isn’t much I haven’t done – it’s fair to say, I’m not often phased.
Since becoming self employed I have picked up even more skills such as networking, presenting, digital design, website management, social media management and I have primarily worked with micro and small business owners.
It is during this journey, firstly as a VA, then offering Operations support, that I have recognised my natural ability for seeing the bigger picture, having empathy and understanding of a business owners mindset and the challenges that come with building a successful business.
Reflecting on the wealth of experience from every role I’ve had and client I’ve worked with, it has been a natural next step to establish services that help business owners get clarity on their direction, support them with the necessary tools to drive them forward and keep them accountable and focussed. I get great fulfilment in offering a fresh perspective to my clients and helping them find renewed purpose and excitement for their business.
