Welcome to Fordy’s Fitness

Hi, I’m Emma – a Personal Trainer based in Milton Keynes dedicated to assisting and driving you to reach your goals. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer with over 18 years experience.

Here at Fordy’s Fitness we work together, you are never alone. There will always be someone there to support you, whether it’s me or the other clients in the group.

With a variety of classes and services offered, I aim to cater for all my clients’ needs. I take great pride in what I do and feel very passionate about helping others. I offer a very professional service and have been told by many clients that I go above and beyond the duty of a Personal Trainer.

I currently offer the following services…

  • 1-2-1 Personal Training
  • Buddy PT (two people training together)
  • Small Group PT (maximum 4 people in a group)
  • Exercise for Pre and Post Natal pregnancy
  • Indoor (gym and home) as well as outdoor training available
  • I also include nutritional advice along with the training as this plays a huge part in achieving any goals.

I am very passionate about what I do and I thrive on being able to help other people achieve their health and fitness goals.

Whether you are looking to tone up, lose weight, get fit, increase lean muscle mass, train for a specific sport/event or just generally want to improve your quality of life then Personal Training with Fordy’s Fitness can definitely help you.

I have a lot of experience of training women throughout their pregnancies from start to finish. Majority of my clients have continued training with me after the birth of their child (post natal training)

The safety of the mother and her unborn child is always my number 1 priority. There are so many benefits to exercising during pregnancy. I will guide you every step of the way to ensure you get the most out of the training and experience the many benefits exercising during and after pregnancy brings with it.
