With over 11 years of experience, Emma is a fully qualified Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor, and Strength & Conditioning Specialist dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. Emma’s diverse background includes working with pre and postnatal mums, post-surgery patients, and elite athletes, giving her a unique ability to combine clinical expertise with a holistic approach to rehabilitation and performance. Her knowledge and personalised care will help you surpass your goals and keep you doing the things you love.

Our services include:

Physiotherapy – Effective diagnosis and treatment through a combination of hands-on therapy, exercise, and rehabilitation, designed to help you recover and return to your best.

Pilates (Mat & Reformer) – Build strength, endurance, and flexibility with bespoke sessions, including one-on-one mat and reformer sessions, mat classes for all levels, and dedicated Mum and Baby classes.

Strength & Conditioning – Develop strength and resilience with a personalised program tailored to help you achieve peak performance.

Ante and Postnatal Rehabilitation – Specialised physiotherapy and rehabilitation designed to support you through pregnancy and after childbirth, promoting recovery, strength, and overall wellbeing.

Massage – Relax and recover with therapeutic massage to aid recovery, reduce muscle soreness and optimise performance.

Corporate Wellbeing – bespoke educational workshops and classes aimed at improving health and productivity in the workplace.

Home Visits – Available upon request.
