With over a decade of experience in the maternity field, my passion for birth and early parenting has evolved from my time as a maternity nursery nurse to becoming a doula and hypnobirthing instructor. I’ve supported families through the highs and lows of parenthood and experienced my unique birth journeys, including miscarriage, two caesareans, and vaginal birth after two caesareans.

Birth With April was created from my desire to offer honest, real, and supportive education in a modern maternity system that can often feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a personal and empowering space where you can gain the confidence to make informed choices for your birth and parenting experience.
