Hey there! I am Paola.
Like you, I juggle multiple roles – I am a UKIHCA Registered Health Coach, a devoted mamma to my energetic 6-year-old, and an Italian who fell in love with the UK and made it my home in 2009.
My journey to becoming a health coach? It is quite a story!
Picture a young girl in Italy, spending her afternoons mastering spins on roller skates before transitioning to athletics, where the long jump and 400-meter track became my second home. For 20 years, sports wasn’t just my hobby – it was my life. Five hours of training every day taught me discipline and resilience, but it also taught me some tough lessons about stress and the importance of emotional well-being.
Life has a way of evolving, doesn’t it? In my 20s, I swapped competitive sports for art galleries and music festivals, discovering a whole new side of myself. This led me down a fascinating path – from developing a passion for organic skincare (yes, I became that person who reads every ingredient label!) to diving deep into nutrition and gut health in my 30s.
But do you know what really transformed my perspective? Becoming a mum. Looking at my little one, I realised that children truly are our mirrors, and this sparked a profound journey of self-discovery.
Adding Buddhist meditation to my toolkit about three years ago was another game-changer – it’s amazing how something as simple as breathwork can bring such peace and clarity.
Here is something I have learned: balancing life as a parent while pursuing your passions isn’t easy, but it’s so worth it. While raising my son Axel, I followed my calling and trained as a Health Coach at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. My background in marketing and years of customer service has given me a unique ability to truly listen and connect with people – skills that prove invaluable in health coaching.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me pursuing passions that nourish my mind and spirit. I love escaping to meditation retreats, immersing myself in sound baths, exploring the vibrant world of electronic music with my other half, and taking peaceful forest walks. My bookshelf is always stocked with the latest nutrition and wellness reads, and I find immense joy in experimenting with healthy, creative recipes in the kitchen.
In my health coaching practice, I specialize in working with busy parents who are looking to build confidence in their bodies and regain strength and energy.
My approach supports parents who are:

I meet you wherever you are on your journey, offering personalised 1:1 coaching both in person (I am based in Milton Keynes) and online. While we start with a four-week foundation, I have found that the most meaningful transformations often unfold over three to six months, but I also offer a one-off consultation just to get you started!
